YouTube tweets 'open letter' about Logan Paul's suicide video

In a series of tweets on Tuesday, YouTube condemned the disturbing suicide video shared by Logan Paul.  The YouTube star, who currently has more than 15 million subscribers, shared a video on New Year's Day of a dead body he found in Japan's Aokigahara forest, known for the suicides that take place there.
